Consultation

First of all we will meet for a consultation, free of charge. Then we will discuss your health, lifestyle habits and fitness goals. If we feel we can both work well together we will set a date for your first session.

Fitness assessment

The first session will be a fitness assessment to discover your current level of health.

This includes: Weight/Blood pressure/Heart rate/Body mass index/Body fat percentage/Body measurements/Strength/Endurance and Flexibility tests.

These will all be recorded to make up your own Personal Fitness Report this will help us to see your progression as we get closer to your goals.

Nutrition

A food diary is optional. The benefit of keeping a food diary is to asses your current eating habits and adjust them where necessary. I can also offer advice on ways to avoid food cravings.

So with information about your lifestyle, current level of fitness and eating habits, we can build a personalised fitness programme around you to help you reach your goals.

I will be there to help you, encourage you, advise you and give you that extra push when you need it.
