I have always been passionate about training and it was this passion that led to my decision to become a Personal Trainer.

Having been naturally slim for most of my life, I always wanted to gain that extra stone or so. After months of research on different training techniques and nutrition I found a programme that suited me.

Within months of changing my lifestyle I went from 11 stone to my target weight of 12 ½ stone. Unfortunately my training was set back for a few months due to injury. Whilst I was recovering I gained just over 1 ½ stone which took me to just over 14 stone and with an above average body fat percentage.

Having followed a healthy lifestyle for most of my life and after focusing so hard on learning new training techniques I felt very disappointed with my set back which lead to some up and down moments during my recovery. However I got myself back on track and having fully recovered I soon got back to a healthy 13 stone and a below average body fat percentage.

So, I know how hard it seems to gain or lose weight, but with a change of direction, lifestyle and some help and encouragement along the way anything is possible!
